The new winery is spacious and functional and exploits the potentials of the native (Avan\u00e0, Bequ\u00e9t, Grisa Rousa) and foreign grapes (Pinot Nero, Traminer, Chardonnay). The latter grape produced \u201cSensa Sens\u201d in 2010, the first Susa Valley brut, classic method. \u201cCr\u00e8 Seren\u201d agritourism offers traditional cooking using its own products and those of other Susa Valley farms, and has 25 beds available.
