Beginning in 1957, Giuseppe, the founder\u2019s grandson, began to produce one of the rarest wines from the Nebbiolo grape variety: Carema. In the town of Carema, in 1964, the family created a wine cellar for production and ageing. Since then, their business has been run with great passion and devotion by Luigi, along with his children Roberto and Andrea. The late harvest of Erbaluce di Caluso rates a mention as it is made from grapes harvested in December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
