Cutting back the woods from the surface with the best sun exposure and rebuilding old terraces and a system of new rows were essential operations in remodelling the vineyards worth keeping, along with constructing a modern cellar. Traditional grape varieties are prominent here \u2013 Nebbiolo, Barbera, Chatus \u2013 but there is also Syrah.
