The current owner, Renato, with his son Daniele, continues the family tradition by exclusively growing the Erbaluce grape. The vineyards, located in the Macellio area, considered to be one of the best in terms of position and exposure, have names in dialect that allude to their origins: al c\u00e0sot where there was a casolare or small house; ij pere because of its many stones; ij munie, which was purchased from a community of nuns; and la bataja due to a controversy between two adjacent owners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
