Ingredients

1.5 cl Valsusa Doc wine
3 cl Bitter Anselmo
1.5 cl Vermouth Carlo Alberto White
3 dashes of Angostura
Top: Beer Poretti Poretti Le Bollicine 10 luppoli Rosè Decoration

Decoration: a dried orange

Preparation technique: Mix and strain.
Use a highball glass filled with ice. Using a mixing-glass, pour the Bitter Anselmo, the Valsusa Doc wine, the Vermouth Carlo Alberto and the Angostura; mix the ingredients and filter them in the glass, then add the beer 0 hops rose until filling the glass.
Garnish with a dried orange.
